Undergraduates interested in working as Research Assistant should submit an RA application.
Research assistants are asked to make a two semester, 7-10 hour commitment to working in the lab. Schedules and tasks vary by research project, but can include community-based work, statistical analysis, and/or qualitative analysis. Positions will be available in Fall 2022.

Janelle DeGuzman, a graduating senior from Randolph-Macon college, is working on a project titled "Family Visitation, Behavioral Incidents, and Staff Safety: What changed in the COVID-19 era?".
Skylar Ackerson, a graduating senior from Randolph-Macon college, is working on a project titled "How staff demographic differences predict staff handling of behavioral incidents and staff perceptions of safety".
